**Contexte de la mission**:
Notre client vit une croissance et une transformation ambitieuses. L'objectif est d?assurer la transition technologique et organisationnelle au sein d'une organisation globale.
**Descriptif de la mission**:
Traiter les incidents de niveau 2
Collaborer avec les équipes de développement pour automatiser et optimiser les processus
Diagnostiquer et corriger les dysfonctionnements applicatifs
Accompagner les utilisateurs et les former
Suivre les phases de mise en production et garantir leur qualité
Monitorer et analyser les KPIs de support
Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une école d?ingénieur ou d?un master dans le domaine informatique.
Vous avez minimum 5 ans d?expérience en tant que Support Engineer.
**Compétences techniques**: Maîtrise du SQL (élémentaire), ITIL (avancé), ITSM (avancé), API (élémentaire), et une connaissance de l'agilité (élémentaire).
Très bon sens du service client, bon relationnel et curiosité fonctionnelle et technique.
Autonomie, organisation et dynamisme.
Expérience de travail en équipe dans un contexte international.
Anglais requis à un niveau professionnel.
