As our **Localization Manager / Coordinator**, you’ll ensure the continuity of Sorare’s multilingual operations during our Localization Manager’s maternity leave.
You’ll oversee the localization workflow, manage translations in 7+ languages, and directly handle French and Italian content, maintaining quality, consistency, and timely delivery across product and marketing touchpoints.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Translation Oversight**: Supervise translations across Sorare’s product, marketing, and communication channels.

- **Localization Process Management**: Operate workflows in TMS (Lokalise), manage QA and context-sharing, and uphold deadlines.

- **Vendor Coordination**: Communicate with translation agencies and freelancers to ensure quality and timely delivery.

- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing to localize new features and campaigns.

- **Hands-On Localization**: Translate and proofread French and Italian; review Spanish and German when needed.

- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct linguistic and functional QA checks on live content.

- Support **new product releases** and **marketing assets** (landing pages, notifications, app store pages, campaigns).

- Maintain and improve localization workflows and documentation.

- Act swiftly on **last-minute updates** for campaigns and in-game content.

**Requirements**:

- **3-6 years** of experience in localization or translation project management.

- Experience in **tech, SaaS, gaming**, or **app** environments.

- Fluent in **English + French**; strong command of **Italian**. Spanish or German a plus.

- Proficient with **TMS** and **CAT tools** (Lokalise, memoQ, etc.).

- Strong coordination, prioritization, and communication skills.

- A sports fan or curious about gaming culture.
