**Localization Business Development Manager
- Central Paris, France - hybrid role**

We are seeking, on behalf of our client, vendor side - LSP, experienced Bussines developers in the Localization Industry.

This role will be reporting to the Sales Manager, where you will be responsible for the prospection and sale of multilingual translation and localization solutions with major existing accounts, but also source a new business. This position is an ideal hybrid between a full hunter and a farming role with many opportunities to up sell and follow leads to bring a new business.

Priority sectors are finance, health, luxury goods and new technologies. You will have full support from the Marketing, communication, finance and training departments (e-Learning) on the open market.

This position will be with hybrid working from the client's Paris office and with 2-3 days a week working from home. There will be travel involved to visit new and existing clients.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Identifying prospects, buyers and purchasing processes
- Organizing meetings with decision-makers (Purchasing managers, marketing, commercial, technical and financial departments)
- Structuring, presenting and communicating regarding the company service offering with targeted clients
- Responding to tender offers, negotiating contracts and managing client portfolios
- Developing your revenues and promoting portfolio client loyalty
- Coordinating with project teams in the management of the client relationship
- Collecting and transmitting information regarding needs, markets and the competition
- Maintaining and updating a reliable client database

You have 4-5 years of university training, from a business or equivalent, with previous experience within a major translation agency or language service provider. You have a keen business acumen to develop sales and growth on the existing accounts. Meeting your targets in this position will enable you, medium term, to evolve towards management and steering of sales teams.
