**About the role**:
As Greenly continues to scale, the role of ensuring success in our sales team is crucial. Enhancing sales performance is a big part of our strategy through efforts from our Knowledge and Sales Operations teams.

We are currently looking for a **Sales Enablement Manager **to join us with the goal of creating synergy and centralising these efforts to maximize business results.

**The main responsibilities**:

- Actively participating in the development of our sales strategy in alignment with our goals.
- Leveraging technology to streamline sales processes, increase productivity, and improve decision-making
- Sales data analysis. Experience identifying trends and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Leading training and coaching for our sales team
- Align and optimise collaboration with Marketing team

**The requirements for success****:

- You come from a top-tier business or engineering school
- 2-5 years of experience in a Sales Enablement position
- Cross-team collaboration skills (including excellent communication)
- Fluency in both English and French
