**What type of breed are we looking for?**:
We are looking for a creative minded trade & shopper **strategist** who has experience in **converting consumers** into a challenger consumer brand. Someone that lives by **crunching numbers**, loves setting up **trials** and gets a kick out of taking **action**. A social genius that knows how to build strong relationships with retail partners by creating continuous **win-win situations**.

**What will be in your bowl?**:
Your job as a Trade & Shopper marketing manager will mix the best of both worlds: as a **Shopper Marketeer**, your aim is to develop best in class shopper strategies to **boost conversion**. As a **Trade Marketeer**, you will be an expert of a multi-channel retail environment (Grocery, Specialty, E-com) and ensure, through regular **analysis and guardianship of the 4Ps**, that we propose the best **activation plans** to our top retailers.
- Be the **expert of the French shopper** profile and insights to efficiently localise global strategy to French specificities.
- Define our instore marketing strategy for our different ranges of products and channels depending on their objectives (recruitment, upsell, loyalty )
- Identify key touchpoints along the shopper journey that should be tackeld in priority
- Recommend and implement convincing shopper communication (message and creative execution),
- Define guidelines for shopper tools implementation to maximize instore conversion.
- **Deliver the retail activation strategy** and **local 4P guidelines** across the portfolio, balancing shopper dynamics with category positioning and financial KPIs.
- Know your top retailers in & out and build powerful recommendations to ensure long-term common growth
- Localize NPD & EPD launch plans to maximize opportunities
- Review product ranges based on sales data & shopper insights and align with sales for the right mix.
- Manage the national calendar of promotions and product events.
- Recommend pricing optimizations
- Starting from your strategy, forecast the necessary **Trade Marketing budget** to maximize ROI, follow up in full autonomy and proactively recommend optimizations when necessary
- **Base all your recommendations on data**, by diving into quantitative and qualitative sources. Measure the impact of your activations, identify best practices, share your mistakes and get better
- **Lead the implementation of all projects**, in close relation with Sales, Ops and Brand teams : POSM development, prospection development ideas.
- **You’ll manage a team of 2** that are eager to learn and grow. Share your experience, coach and recruit when necessary.

**What skills & tricks should you bring?**:

- You master trade & shopper marketing thanks to your minimum 3 year experience.
- You are curious and have a creative mindset. Always sniffing the way ahead, you like trying and learning from your experiences and are solution driven.
- A commercial mindset is needed, you are able to think in terms of the customer journey.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent knowledge of Excel. You already have a significant experience extracting learnings from panel databases such as Nielsen and leveraging retailer sell out data.
- Result oriented, rigorous and proactive, you manage complex projects in full autonomy.
- You’ll get to talk with a lot of different departments: your communication is flawless
- We’re an international company, you need to be great with English.
