**Your Role**

**Sales Manager France, Italy, Benelux, Scandinavia**

As the Sales Manager for France, Italy, Benelux, and Scandinavia, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence across your assigned regions. You’ll lead a team of sales representatives, manage key customer relationships, and play a strategic role in shaping our commercial success in diverse European markets. This position requires a strong sales background, in-depth knowledge of the regional landscape, and excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

**Your Key Responsibilities**

**Sales Strategy & Execution**
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet revenue and growth targets across assigned markets.
- Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to ensure goals are met.
- Report regularly on sales performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvements.

**Team Leadership**
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of sales representatives.
- Drive team engagement and individual development to optimize performance.
- Support the leadership of the broader commercial team with a collaborative, results-driven approach.

**Customer Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify customer needs and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.
- Manage escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Market Development & Representation**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the target regions.
- Conduct competitive market research and share insights with the wider team.
- Represent the company at relevant industry events and trade shows across the region.

**Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment**
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and corporate leadership teams.
- Act as a key liaison between local markets and global leadership to align on strategy and execution.

**Your Qualifications, Skills and Experiences**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience in the assigned markets.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Solid understanding of the hospitality industry is essential.
- Must be willing and able to travel extensively across assigned regions.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset.
- Fluency in English and French is required; additional languages are a plus.
