Lead the FSSC (Financial Shared Service Center) and be responsible for the team, accounting and the quality of the accounting.

Area of responsability:_**
- Be responsible for the FSSC accounting in the included companies
- Lead the accounting team
- Organization development, accounting footprint simplification over time
- Be a part and lead occurring projects
- Monthly closings and reporting and other ongoing tasks in accounting
- Ability to lead and take responsibility for the FSSC (Financial Shared Service Center)
- Take an active part in monthly closing and reporting as well as other accounting activities
- Support team and team development
- Set and work with standards for consistent accounting processes
- Automate, simplify, specialize and find efficiency gains
- Statutory and Signode policies compliance incl. SOX
- Be responsible to plan, implement and follow up activities according to company targets
- Be compliant with SOX
- Work close together with Business Controllers
