**Core Mission**

Drive revenue growth and market share expansion in Europe region by developing strategic sales initiatives and developing brand clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**1、Market Strategy & Execution**
- Develop annual sales targets and phased execution plans based on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
- Lead pricing strategy, channel management, and enterprise-level contract negotiations.

**2、Industry Resource Integration & Client Development**
- Develop enterprise accounts and channel networks, focusing on high-potential sectors (e.g., SaaS, MarTech).
- Be able to explore, insight and stimulate customer needs, coordinate internal resources, and match targeted marketing plans according to the company's products and marketing capabilities.
- Implement client retention programs to enhance satisfaction and repeat business.

**3、Team Leadership & Enablement**
- Build and manage European sales teams (hiring, training, performance evaluation).
- Coordinate cross-functional support for client solutions.
- Define team KPIs, monitor sales pipeline health, and provide coaching.

**4、Risk & Compliance Oversight**
- Ensure compliance with regulations and commercial policies.
- Manage contract fulfillment, collections, and credit risk mitigation.

**Qualifications:**

1、5+ years in B2B sales in Europe region;

2、Experience and customer resources in SaaS and Martech industries;

3、3+ years managing ≥3 person sales teams.

Pay: 6,500.00€ - 12,500.00€ per month
