We are looking for a **Training Center**Compliance Monitoring & Safety Manager**to come onboard in our **Quality Directorate**in Thomas’s team: a team of 5 collaborators
**_Your Missions _**
1 Compliance Monitoring Manager of ATR Approved Training Organisation in accordance with regulatory requirements EASA AIR CREW (Part ORA), EASA CS-FSTD, FAA Part142, DGAC/DSAC:
- Manage any significant changes or minor evolutions (scope, personnel, facilities, means )
- Secure relevant staff qualification (trainings and skills)
- Maintain quality documentation up to date as per organisation and regulatory evolutions
- Define the annual surveillance plan, carry out the audits and manage the findings
- Be the interface with competent authorities (EASA, FAA, JCAB, CASA ) and the customers (audits and visits)
2 Compliance Manager of ATR Approved Maintenance Training Organisation in accordance with authority requirements EASA CONTINUING AIRWORTHINESS (Part 147 & 66), DGAC/DSAC, OSAC:
- Manage any significant changes or minor evolutions (scope, personnel, facilities )
- Secure relevant staff qualification (trainings and skills)
- Maintain quality documentation up to date as per organisation and regulatory evolutions
- Define the annual surveillance plan, carry out the audits and manage the findings
- Be the interface with competent authorities (OSAC ) and the customers (audits and visits)
3 Acts as Safety Manager (SMS) for ATR Training Centre
- Define and update regularly the safety policy, objectives and indicators with the Accountable Manager
- Promote safety to the personnel and ensure regular communication
- Manage Risk register, Safety Reports and Occurrence Reporting
4 Coordinator of Miami and Singapore ATR Training Centres
- Standardize the procedures and the methods with the local quality focal points
- Be the referent for regulatory topics and support activities development
5 Coordinator of ATR internal processus “Train and provide operational support” as per certification EN9100:
- Perform the quarterly processus review with the internal actors
- Follow the Non-Conformities from internal and external audits
**_About you _**
- Field of study in relation with aeronautics and more specially in training activities
- 10 years of experience in EASA approval management
- Knowledge on regulatory requirements for ATO, FSTD, PART147 and Safety
- Knowledge on EN9100 certification
- Soft skills: rigor, communication, adaptative
- Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus)
