**Better starts and ends with the customer**
We’ll be looking for you to grow the business in the Paris / Ile-de-France area by signing, training and activating new Western Union agents and managing business development activities with existing agents. We’ll want you to meet and exceed your sales targets through new agent acquisitions and growing sales in store, managing the end-to-end sales process. You will support agent activation and regularly visit high performing locations and be responsible for the Agent lifecycle for all independents in your territory.
We’ll need you to have experience in outside sales or servicing of customer products. You’ll need the ability to work independently and possess strong decision-making skills. You’ll use your interpersonal skills to negotiate, present and listen to your agents, and build trust and confidence with them. You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, a fluent level in French and a good level in English. You will need a valid driver’s license for this role.
