Company Description
The People Business Partner provides strategic partnership to the business in delivering the People Strategy alongside the needs of the Mobility team. The mobility PBP particularly focuses on partnering with our french mobility team, will als be part of that leadership team, as well as supporting other mobility wide projects and part of the business for instance in Germany and Spain.
The People Business Partners work closely with the People Centers of Excellence (Reward and Talent) and People Operations to deliver programmes and initiatives to the business, acting as a key change agent to increase success for their area of the business.
People Business Partners will provide key local knowledge and business insight for their areas to both the Centers of Excellence and People Services.
The People Business Partner is responsible for providing strategic direction for the human resources component of the overall management of the company. As such he/she advises the Senior Management Team on issues relating to employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, referring to COE and Global HR Model processes and tools.
The incumbent will be expected to translate the business strategy into a strategic people plan and concrete objectives for the business areas he/she partners with.
Equally the incumbent is expected to be constantly enhancing the existing people management practices and policies of the local business while always complying with labor law and Global Adevinta Policies and supporting the most effective development of the Global Projects and processes, both on Organisation and on specific areas.
