As a People Business Partner at Interpath Advisory, you will play a crucial role in shaping our people strategy and supporting our continued growth. Collaborating with senior leadership and the HR team, you will ensure that our people initiatives align with the business objectives and foster a culture of engagement and performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and influencing decision-making
- Delivering strategic HR advice to enhance workforce effectiveness
- Managing complex employee relations cases and providing resolution strategies
- Driving performance management processes to sustain a high-performance culture
- Overseeing the execution of annual reward and recognition cycles
- Contributing to initiatives that improve employee experience, encompassing learning and development, wellbeing, and diversity and inclusion efforts
- Mentoring and developing junior HR team members
**Requirements**:
- CIPD Level 7 qualification is essential
- Demonstrable experience as a Business Partner, specifically with senior leaders
- Background in Professional Services, preferably consultancy or Financial Services
- Strong commercial acumen and a proactive approach to stakeholder management
- Exceptional relationship-building skills at all organisational levels
- Ability to work autonomously and manage complex client groups
- Effective problem-solving and facilitation capabilities
- Strong and persuasive communication skills
- Confidence in challenging senior leaders when necessary
- Experience in leading change and managing project initiatives
