Global Business Excellence Transformation Manager

The purpose of this position is to support the transformation of commercial operations in a global biopharma company.
In his / her role, the Business Excellence Manager, will work closely with the Global Head of Business Excellence Transformation leading the Commercial operation transformation. He / she will be responsible for the:
- Performance of the Commercial activities tracking and monitoring
- Commercial process design and optimization
- Commercial Project management
**Main responsibilities / job expectations**
**1. Commercial performance.** He/she will be responsible for the tracking and monitoring of the activity performance of the affiliates. This means to:
- Co-construct (w/ Countries & corporate team) the development of tools / Dashboard required to track Commercial activities KPI.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of commercial efforts/activities and develop a deep understanding of country performance and dynamics.
- Analyze activities data and develop data-driven insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement in sales operations.
**2. Business process.** He/she will be responsible for supporting Global head of Business excellence in design and implementation of commercial processes. This means to:
- Map local practices and support the Strategic Business excellence to identify opportunities to optimize and standardize processes and activities.
- Support the development of the Business Excellence transformation roadmap, encompassing process enhancements, technology adoption, and change management.
- Support the development / deployment of global initiatives by tracking execution and coordinating work with agencies and partners.
**3. Project management. **He/she will be responsible for the successful implementation of commercial projects. This means to:
- Lead implementation / roll-out of commercial initiatives commercial projects for the whole company including but not limited to BEX mapping, Promo-mix.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of Sales Force Excellence initiatives with broader company strategies.
- Provide ad-hoc support to SBE management / Team.
**Knowledge, abilities & experience**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in local Business Excellence functions within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Proven track record of project management with ability to track & execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical sales processes, customer engagement strategies, and sales force technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse / multicultural teams and stakeholders.
- Languages: English
**Key Technical Competencies Required**
- Proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools for sales performance analysis.
- Knowledge utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Ability to leverage technology and digital tools.
