Ipsen is currently undergoing a significant transformation from legacy systems to implementation of a company-wide SAP Ariba system to harmonise, simplify and better connect all business elements. Procurement, and in particular Centre of Excellence (CoE), plays a critical role in all stages of the Source-to-Pay transition: Define, Plan, Test, Execute. In parallel with a planned sequential roll-out, existing legacy systems and processes must be maintained in ‘run mode’.

The **Center of Excellence Leader **is a key member the **Global Procurement **team, reporting to the Head of Procurement Centre of Excellence & Chief of Staff.

As the **Center of Excellence Leader **you will manage all systems tools & data required for Procurement activities. Ensure that tools are correctly implemented, including user’s training, and maintained.

This role is key for maintaining and enhancing analytics and reporting functionalities enabling strategic decisions and actions.

**In this role your primary focus will be**:

- Provide regular spend analysis & reports, and perform regular sense checks to ensure spend data is reliable;
- Provide & own a real time & automated solution for savings reporting (including training, maintenance, updates, etc.);
- Provide & own procurement KPIs & related dashboards for e.g. spend overview, savings, supplier numbers, etc.;
- Own and manage procurement classification, supplier vendor data & material groups;
- Assess and improve digital solutions to perform spend analysis;
- Co-own with Finance the Procurement savings methodology, monitor ownership by the Group Procurement organisation (including training); perform regular controls to ensure compliance;
- Co-drive with Finance the annual savings reporting plan (including annual freeze, pipeline robustness checks, etc.)
