Notre client, une startup e-commerce autofinancée en forte croissance, spécialisée dans l’équipement haut de gamme pour la maison et la cuisine et 100 % fabriqué en France, recherche un(e) Responsable CRM.

**Vos missions**:

- Vous définissez et mettez en œuvre une stratégie CRM orientée performance, autour de trois axes : acquisition de leads qualifiés, fidélisation des clients et personnalisation des communications.
- Vous optimisez les parcours automatisés, gérez les programmes de fidélité et de parrainage (Loyoly), et développez des actions de réengagement selon les profils clients.
- Vous structurez la base de données clients, affinez la segmentation, collectez des insights (Lifetimely, Typeform) et veillez à la bonne intégration des données (Shopify - Klaviyo).

**Profil recherché**:

- Expérience de 2-3 ans minimum en CRM, idéalement dans un environnement e-commerce ou digital.
- Maîtrise des outils CRM (Klaviyo, Wax) et forte appétence pour la donnée et la performance.
- Esprit analytique, culture test & learn, autonomie et sens de l’expérience client.
