Vos missions:
Acquérir, Engager et Fidéliser le client : Travailler en collaboration étroite avec les équipes Marketing/Ventes/Commercial Excellence pour créer, développer et coordonner des contenus différenciants pour engager nos clients via des canaux digitaux- Développer un calendrier des publications de contenus sur nos sites web- Gestion du comité éditorial pluridisciplinaire- Designer les parcours clients pertinents et impactante- Identifier des pistes d’amélioration et optimisation des campagnes en cours
Suivre et piloter la performance de l’engagement client- Définir et mettre en place les KPIS adéquats. Mesurer la performance de l’engagement clients versus les objectifs fixés pour chaque canal de communication- Réaliser régulièrement des analyses approfondies des niveaux d’engagement clients au travers de l’ensemble des canaux de communication
Innovation en e-santé- Identifier des potentiels partenariats des solutions en e-santé en collaboration avec le Marketing/Médical et Ventes- Organisation d’un évènement en e-santé
Qualifications requises pour ce poste:
Bac +5 de type Ecole de Commerce ou Ingénieurs- Minimum de 3-5 ans d’expérience Marketing Multi Canal / Marketing Digital- Minimum de 3-5 ans d’expérience dans la recherche de tendance dans les données, d’analyse de segmentation, de suivi de la performance d’engagement client et de l’identification des points de leviers par segment de client pour soutenir le business
Une expérience de marketing dans l'univers de l'industrie pharmaceutique, une appétence pour les nouvelles technologies et de la e-santé serait un plus
Connaissances et compétences:
- Avoir une obsession pour le client- Capable de prendre le leadership sur des projets, d’influencer et de collaborer avec diverses fonctions- Bonne connaissance des fondamentaux d’exécution du marketing digital- Orientation business/ résultats- Compétences en gestion de projet- Fait preuve de structure et d’organisation- Maitrise des outils : Pack Office, Suite Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva, Google Analytics- Anglais courant
