**What is the role?**
- You will obtain **orders, quotes and execute deals for their European client base.**:

- You will carry out **relevant checks on OTC trades.**:

- You will participate in preparing an **energy market commentary, emissions commentary, and gas summary **reports.
- You will **maintain records of price enquiries.**:

- You will **provide cover to the clients global marketing teams' desks **to **ensure the continuity of marketing services.**:

- Your role will include aspects of **research and development.**:

- You will assist senior colleagues with **client prospecting and identifying new opportunities.**:

- You will **accompany senior marketers to sales meetings/conferences.**:

- You will **monitor news for developments** where appropriate.

**Who is best suited to this role?**
- **You must speak** either **Spanish, German, Italian, or a Nordic language**.
- **You must have a** **Bachelors in** either **Mathematics, Business, Physics, Economics or Engineering.**:

- **You must have previous financial markets work experience. **Commodity markets experience is desirable.
- **You must have an understanding of financial markets** and **commodity derivatives.**:

- **You must be a highly motivated individual **who wants to **build their own client book.**:

- **You must have strong Microsoft office skills - Excel and PowerPoint are required. **Knowledge ofVBA & Python would be a strong bonus.
