**What are you going to do?**
As a Product Designer, you will be at the center of shaping exceptional UX and UI that aligns with user needs and business goals. Your main focus will be to solve usability and interaction problems, ensuring seamless digital experiences. You will manage complex design initiatives from concept to completion, collaborating with product teams to define product vision and strategy.

Your role includes conducting user research and testing, driving improvements in product adoption and performance, and crafting data-driven UX solutions. You will take ownership of design challenges, iterate rapidly on UX concepts, and help create intuitive, impactful digital products.

We need a creative problem-solver with a passion for user-centered design. You should be detail-oriented, data-driven, and a team player who can balance business needs with user expectations. Your ability to collaborate, iterate, and think strategically will be key to your success.
- Open Communication & Collaboration - You believe in open dialogue and cross-functional teamwork, ensuring that diverse perspectives contribute to the best design solutions. Your ability to present and articulate design decisions helps create alignment and drive impact.
- Creativity & Innovation - You think outside the box and approach design challenges with fresh perspectives. You continuously explore new UX trends, methodologies, and tools to push the boundaries of user experience.
User Research & Problem-Solving - You are skilled in understanding user behaviors, conducting testing, and translating insights into actionable design decisions. Your data-driven approach helps refine products that meet both business and user needs.

- Additionally, experience in Agile environments, mentoring junior designers, and leading UX research initiatives will be beneficial. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are critical, as well as the ability to rapidly iterate and test multiple design concepts.
