Qui sommes-nous ?

Neosilver est une entreprise sociale (ESUS), soutenue par la caisse de retraite, dont la mission est de lutter contre l’isolement social et la perte d’autonomie des seniors au travers d’activités de loisirs et de prévention (bien-être, sport, art et culture).

Accompagné par WILCO, Vivalab et Antropia à L’ESSEC, notre déploiement s’intensifie auprès de nombreux partenaires sur tout le territoire français et au-delà.

La mission de Neosilver est de permettre à nos parents et à nos grands-parents, qu’ils soient à domicile ou en établissements seniors (EHPAD, résidences autonomies, résidences services), de vivre une retraite passionnément active grâce à de nombreuses activités collectives originales, adaptées (sans les stigmatiser) et encadrées par des professionnels qualifiés et passionnés.

**Descriptif du poste**:
Notre jeune pousse cherche un(e) Customer Success / Ops pour nous aider à co-construire ce qui sera demain le partenaire indispensable de tous les retraités(ées) de France et à l’étranger.

Vos missions

**Tes missions**:

- Identification et prospection de nos partenaires professionnels via différents canaux
- Mise en place du processus de recrutement et d’onboarding des partenaires
- Être garant du bon déploiement de l’activité ainsi que de la satisfaction client
- Assurer le suivi des interventions de nos partenaires en résidence
- Animation de la communauté de professionnels
- Mise en place de projets pour une amélioration continue de l’activité (création de questionnaires de satisfaction, webinars pour la communauté de professionnels )
- Participer à l’optimisation des processus déjà existants
- Participer à la réflexion stratégique du pôle opérations de Neosilver
