Operating within the global online food delivery market that is expected to be worth $365 billion by 2030 and backed by Tier-1 investors, including Octopus Ventures, Local Globe, Heartcore Capital, Rakuten, and Battery Ventures, Taster has raised $50m to date to support its ambitious growth ambitions with significant untapped opportunity remaining.

**Your responsibilities**:
We are looking for a highly resourceful, entrepreneurial, and motivated Growth and Analytics Manager to spearhead the expansion of Taster in Europe. This is a highly entrepreneurial and impactful role which provides the opportunity to define the marketing strategy for a new business, be hands-on in executing that strategy, and build the next big online food brand in Europe.

Reporting into the Head of Group Revenue, you’ll be part of a cross-functional team, working closely with the data/tech team, the marketing team, power to creator team and finance Team.

What you will do:

- Lead and provide recommendations on a variety of decision-making projects that will shape Taster future growth strategy.
- Evaluate and optimise marketing campaigns based on industry best practices, providing recommendations on performance, and deep analyses to improve engagement with marketing content, funnel metrics, and likelihood to buy.
- Help manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Support marketing leadership on critical investment decisions (Power to Creator and Revenue Team).
- Act like an owner in driving strategic planning processes through data-driven recommendations (e.g. annual growth planning, headcount planning, budget planning, quota setting).
- Track business performance and provide insights and recommendations to advise leadership, crafting raw data and analysis into well-written and persuasive visual content.
- Lead development and maintenance of looker dashboards which track the performance of the Marketing organisation globally.
- Directly executing some of the recommended marketing strategies across some channels (e.g. setup, partner outreach, coordination with local agencies, etc).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and continuously look for opportunities to improve our marketing efforts.
- Bring a local market perspective, staying up to date on consumer behaviour and marketing trends to inform the overall marketing strategy.

**Is It Really For Me?**
- Have a minimum of 4 years experience in Growth/Consulting/Strategy/Startup roles, ideally in the areas of food or technology.
- Experience in marketing/analytics and proficiency in Excel, Looker, Modeling and SQL.
- Ability to effectively solve complex problems from high-priority strategic initiatives.
- Experience in communicating effectively and presenting to Senior Executives.
- Ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders.
- A genuine teammate with exceptional collaboration skills for building relationships with anyone, anywhere.
- A do-whatever-it-takes attitude to deliver exceptional quality on time and on budget.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, and attention to detail.
- Have experience in performance marketing across a broad mix of channels
- Are able to develop clear hypotheses for when a different approach should be taken
- Are a fluent English and French speaker (required). A strong proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
