**01. Poste et Missions**:
Reporting to the Technical Director, the Safety Director - Rail & Road define and promote the RATP Dev group's safety policy and procedures. He/She build the risk cartography and implements appropriate prevention solutions. He/She is therefore the referent for the group safety matters both internally and externally, for road and rail operations.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Set up and Implement policies, standards, procedures and instructions to address statutory obligations and management of risks across the organization
- Ensure the integration of safety considerations into all aspects of company operations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audit in subsidiaries to identify potential hazards and implement effective mitigation measures.
- Contribute to implement emergency response plans and procedures, closely to HQSE department in our subsidiaries
- Lead and conduct investigations into severe accidents in our entities.
- Implement corrective actions and preventative measures based on investigation findings, closely with HQSE department of our subsidiaries
- Manage the rail and road safety incidents database and produce reports to the executive committee
- Contribute to answer to bids and tender for the safety part for bus and rail bids
- Stay current with road and rail safety regulations in all countries
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees
- Promote a culture of safety awareness and ensure employees understand and adhere to safety protocols across the group.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records and documentation.
- Prepare regular reports for management and regulatory authorities.

**EXPERIENCE**
- Master’s degree in engineering, safety, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 7/10 years including 2 as a Railway & Safety Manager or in a similar role in the transport industry.
- Certified in Railway Safety is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, risk management, and emergency response planning.
- Knowledge in SMS (safety management system)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Project management skills
- English Mandatory
