**is looking for**

**a Business Analyst (F/M)**

Location : Rueil-Malmaison - France

**Missions**

Within Sales Operation Department in Rueil-Malmaison Headquarter, and reporting to the Sales Analysis & Support Director, as Business Analyst (F/M) you will be in charge of supporting the Commercial Business Division and its strategies by

providing reliable data insight, in-depth analyses when required daily CRM/PowerBI support to all the sales teams within Axens.

Concretely as Business Analyst:

- You will provide Support to sales processes by
- Providing reliable data insight for the whole Commercial Division and other stakeholders through PowerBI
- Identifying potential improvements for the Sales Teams and implement them
- CRM functional administrator
- Sharing Best practices for maintenance
- Monthly updating price list and metal cost
- Homogenising the processes among the main commercial activities
- You will be in charge of business planning, budgeting and reporting through
- Periodical sales reports and KPIs: order intake, backlog, turnover of the month, etc
- Yearly Budget establishment with stakeholders from concerned departments, for Commercial Direction validation
- Twice a year, end of year sales forecast for comparison with Budget
- Every two years, establish the five-year Business Plan for the long-term strategy
- You will support Key Account Management thanks to:

- Sales follow-up
- Price list follow-up (monthly and yearly)
- KPIs for majors
- Customers discount calculation at end of year
- Customer satisfaction survey, realized on a yearly basis
- As a data owner, responding to spot requests from all departments
- Compliance and GDPR follow-up
- Develop and improve various tools for Business follow-up
- Back up of other Sales Analysis & Support members

**Qualifications**

You have a Master's degree from a Business School or equivalent in Economics, Management or Marketing with a specialisation in Business Analysis. You have a good experience in sales analysis.

You have a solid experience of Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) and Power BI. You have also a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suit (including VBA for Excel) and SAP is a plus.

You like interacting and interfacing efficiently with all departments (C-level) and externally with customers and partners.

You are autonomous and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills, written and oral. You have strong analytics and synthesis skills and you like being fact based, pragmatic and solution-minded.

English Fluent is mandatory.
