**Missions**

As part of the Commercial Strategy & Customer Marketing Department, the Event team aims to promote the entire offer of Axens Group, build brand awareness and generate leads through impactful events (physical and digital) in the EMEA and APAC regions.

Reporting to the Marketing Event Team Leader, you will contribute to the perfect planning, precise execution and smooth running of all Axens events : conferences, seminars and webinars.

Your main missions will be as follows:
**Conferences **:Axens participates in over 100 conferences per year, as an exhibitor, sponsor, speaker or visitor. You will
- Handle participants’ registrations
- Collect abstracts and presentations internally, and make sure they respect the guidelines
- Collect internal needs and prepare marketing materials : flyers, brochures, goodies to distribute, and videos to show
- Prepare booths : design, layout, furniture, AV equipment, visuals
- Make sure that all sponsorship deliverables and deadlines are respected
- Collect and summarize post-conference feedbacks
- Coordinate with the Social Media team to prepare posts on Axens’ presence on conferences
- Assist in administrative tasks such as payments of invoices and shipping of goodies.

**Seminars **:Axens organizes over 10 seminars and technical days per year. You will
- Participate in the event agency briefs and site visits
- Set up the agenda and keep it updated
- Collect speakers’ biographies, photos and presentations
- Check presentations and make sure they respect the guidelines
- Collect internal needs and prepare marketing materials : flyers, brochures, goodies to distribute, and videos to show
- Handle event management tools (Appcraft, SurveyMonkey) : send invitations and newsletters, handle guestlists, upload content, on-site check-in, set up quizzes and Q&As
- Participate in the production with the event agency
- Prepare content and plan posts with the Social Media team
- On site : make sure everything goes well, handle requests from colleagues and clients
- Post-event : upload all presentations and replays online, prepare and send out satisfaction surveys, collect and analyze the results
- Assist in administrative tasks such as payments of invoices and shipping of goodies

**Webinars**: Axens organizes about 10 webinars per year. You will
- Set up the webinars on the dedicated platform (Livestorm)
- Prepare and send out invitations
- Collect presentations internally, and make sure they respect the guidelines
- On D-Day : make sure everything goes smoothly
- Prepare and send out satisfaction surveys, collect and analyze the results

**KNOWLEDGE AND REQUIRED LEVEL**

You have a minimum level of Bac +2/3 in Marketing/Communications with a first experience in Event Planning.

You are fluent in French and English, spoken and written.

You know how to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams)

An experience in the energy industry is a plus, but not required.
