**Description**:
We are seeking a Senior Head of Product to lead a dynamic product team. This key role involves managing and developing innovative solutions for energy monitoring and control. You will be based in Paris, with partial remote work available, and will play a central role in defining and executing our product strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Leadership and Management: Participate in strategic leadership meetings to define company directions and improve cross-functional processes. Manage and develop the product team to achieve set goals.
- Product Strategy: Develop the product roadmap in alignment with the company’s overall strategy. Communicate the product vision and provide visibility on objectives and the roadmap.
- Product Development: Collaborate with the CTO to optimize collaboration between product and technical teams. Oversee functional specifications for new features, ensuring prioritization and transparency in product backlogs.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Engineering degree or equivalent with a specialization in electrical engineering, systems, control-command, or computer science.
- Experience: Over 5 years of experience in a product role, ideally in the energy sector, with previous management experience.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of renewable energies, embedded systems, IoT, and programming languages (SQL, Python, C++).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication abilities, a curious and problem-solving mindset, ability to work in a team, and capacity to make decisions after cost-benefit analysis.
- Languages: Proficiency in French and professional English.
