**Transdev recrute un Manager RSE (H/F)**

**Votre destination**

La/le manager RSE sera en charge de renforcer et professionnaliser le process de reporting de la performance extra-financière du groupe
Elle/il contribuera au développement de la stratégie de Transdev sur le pilier social de la RSE et au déploiement de la feuille de route Diversité, égalité des chances et inclusion du groupe
Elle/il est rattaché(e) à la directrice RSE du groupe.

**Votre feuille de route**

1) Soutien du process de performance ESG/DPEF
- Structurer et améliorer le process de reporting extra-financier annuel [DPEF]
- Structurer & conduire l’analyse de la performance extra-financière du groupe et contribuer à actualiser la gouvernance du groupe (politiques, process, ressources et organisation)

2) Contribution au déploiement de la stratégie RSE du groupe
- Construire le tableau de bord RSE des indicateurs de performance clés
- Bâtir les benchmarks RSE et modèles prospectifs

3) Contribution au développement du pilier social/sociétal de la stratégie RSE
- Soutien au déploiement de la feuille de route Diversité, égalité des chances & Inclusion du groupe
- Soutien à la mise en place du comité international Diversité, égalité des chances & Inclusion du groupe

**Votre parcours**:
De formation Bac+5 en école de commerce ou école d’ingénieur, vous disposez d'une expérience de 3 ans soit dans l’accompagnement de reporting & audit extra-financier et/ou dans la conception de programmes impactant de diversité, égalité des chances et inclusion.

**Vos atouts**:
Vos capacités relationnelles, vos qualités en communication (orale et écrite) ainsi que vos qualités en gestion de projet sont des atouts pour mener à bien vos missions.
