**Job**
In order to increase our Presales support in Paris and for francophone customers and major Starlink projects, we are hiring a new Presales in Paris.
**General**:
The Presales is in charge to support the Key Account Managers to develop the business by preparing the technical and cost inputs required for offer submission and negotiation.
**Main tasks**
Understand the market requirement, the market evolution and the customer strategy to support the sale in the Go-To-Market Approach and to bring feedback to the marketing,
- Promote the Product Portfolio and known solutions
- Analyze the Customer requests and the Request for Proposal,
- Prepare the technical proposal and the associated cost inputs taking benefit of the existing solutions, synchronizing with the Presales Manager and if necessary with the support of other technical teams,
- Support the sales manager, and any cases attributed
- Perform the technical discussion / negotiation with the customer
- Perform the transfer to Project Management after contract signature
- Perform any Proof of Concept to be made on customer premises
- Perform lessons learnt on solutions designed and prepare material to support storage of information
- Follow-up processes and guidelines of design and presales activities (templates usage; storage of documents; costs / prices rules; etc)
**Main knowledge**
Good knowledge of Operational procedures and Operational Level Agreements
- Good knowledge of customers networks and M&C tools
- Appropriate knowledge of networks WAN and LAN
- Appropriate knowledge of network protocols TCP/IP, Routing
- Excellent customer relation skills
- Good satellite knowledge and skills
- Excellent Starlink and OneWeb solution skills
- Cyber security diploma and skills
- Expert in analysing complex problems to find creative, logical and effective solutions
- Fluent French and English speaking and writing skills (Spanish is a plus)
- Good communications skills and able to cooperate with different parties
**Main attitude**

- Capability to work in a transnational organization spread over the Europe, and to interface efficiently with sales, customers and other internal teams,
