The Role – What You'll Do
As a Presales Engineer, you will act as the technical ambassador of Bizzdesign's solutions, partnering with Sales and Marketing to deliver complex enterprise demonstrations, solution architecture, and proof-of-concepts. Your insights and technical expertise will directly influence client adoption and strategic decision-making.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading technical presales activities, including product demonstrations, workshops, and tailored solution presentations for enterprise clients
- Designing complex solution architectures that integrate Bizzdesign products with client environments (SaaS, on-premise, hybrid)
- Developing proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and prototypes to showcase the value of Bizzdesign's Enterprise Architecture and Strategic Portfolio Management solutions
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on process, architecture, and technology optimization
- Collaborating with Sales, R&D, and Customer Success teams to provide technical guidance and ensure successful solution deployment
- Supporting RFPs, RFIs, and security/technical questionnaires for enterprise clients
- Conducting technical feasibility analysis and recommending solution enhancements or integrations
- Maintaining deep knowledge of competitive solutions, industry trends, and emerging technologies
- Documenting and communicating presales strategies, configurations, and technical findings
About You – What You Bring
- Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 5–8+ years of presales or solution engineering experience in enterprise SaaS, B2B software, or technology consulting
- Fluency in English, French, and German (verbal and written), additional languages a plus
- Deep technical knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, BPM, and portfolio management solutions
- Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure), integrations, APIs, and data modeling
- Strong experience in demonstrating SaaS solutions, building PoCs, and delivering technical workshops
- Proficiency with Salesforce, ERP, or other enterprise IT systems
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for C-level and technical audiences
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple presales projects simultaneously
- Prior experience supporting global enterprise clients, multi-region deployments, and large-scale transformation projects
- Understanding of data security, compliance, and regulatory requirements (GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2)
