Le/la Chargé(e) de développement fournisseurs est chargé(e) de maintenir et developper le portefeuille fournisseurs de la division Automotive Products Group. Il/elle accompagnera et apportera son soutien aux fournisseurs et leurs services qualité en Europe dans les phases de projet et de production en série.
Vos responsabilités seront les suivantes:
- Accompagner, soutenir les fournisseurs et_ leurs services qualité_ en Europe dans les phases de projet et de production en série.- Développer et coordonner les fournisseurs afin d'accroître l'efficacité du lancement de nouveaux composants et de nouvelles technologies.- Assurer l’amélioration continue par la mise en œuvre correcte des processus APQP et PPAP.- Mener des audits VDA auprès des fournisseurs (produits, processus, outillage, etc.)- Effectuer des visites de fournisseurs sur leur site et piloter les activités des fournisseurs- Évaluer les fournisseurs sur la base de critères prédéfinis par le groupe- Identifier les actions appropriées en fonction des résultats des évaluations des performances des fournisseurs- Formuler des recommandations pour la sélection des fournisseurs de nouvelles pièces et technologies.- Maintenir et contrôler la documentation relative aux fournisseurs et les activités de reporting.
Nos exigences:
- Diplôme d'études universitaires dans un domaine technique ou connexe (ou expérience professionnelle équivalente)- Expérience pertinente en gestion de la qualité et/ou en ingénierie- Deux ans d'expérience souhaitées, idéalement dans l'industrie automobile.- Une expérience dans le domaine des PCB / PCBA / Semi-conducteurs / Electronique serait un atout.- Connaissance de l'IATF 16949 et des outils de base de l'industrie automobile.- Maîtrise de l'anglais obligatoire - connaissance du français souhaitée- Bonne capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes- Flexibilité pour voyager (environ 20 % des heures de travail, principalement vers d'autres sites européens).
