In this position, you will establish and maintain the Quality, Health, Safety & Environment culture of the Electrification business area in France by deploying the ABB Group's tools and processes to achieve operational excellence. Reporting to the Director of Electrification Operations, you will be responsible for continuous improvement of the quality management system, handling customer disputes and ensuring strict compliance with HSE (health, safety & environment) rules.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Guarantee quality control and monitoring for Electrification customers in France by ensuring reactive management of plant non-quality (CCRP, NCR, etc.) in line with contractual commitments.
- Drive continuous improvement of the quality management system through regular process reviews in line with ISO9001 recommendations.
- Motivate and support all employees in the assessment of risks, problems and solutions, integrating the customer's point of view.
- Prevent incidents/accidents through HSE operational excellence and monitoring the implementation of health, safety and environmental standards defined by the ABB Group and local management.
- Actively coordinate and measure the HSE programs and practices implemented within the organization in compliance with MASE.
- Conduct HSE audits, analyze accidents and root causes, and supervise the implementation of corrective actions.

**Your background**:

- You have at least 2 years' experience in industry as a Quality and/or HSE manager, ideally with an electrical manufacturer and/or installer.
- Minimum Master 2 (Bac+5) in quality management or engineering
- Good interpersonal skills, leadership, results orientation, teamwork
- Fluent written and spoken English
