- Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and helping customers achieve their business goals?

We’re looking for a **Services Account Executive (SAE)** to lead strategic engagements and accelerate cloud adoption for 3 of our Strategic Customers.

**What You’ll Do**
- Own the end-to-end Services Sales cycle (Consulting and Support offerings), from account planning to deal closure and renewals.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their cloud and AI transformation journey and maximizing adoption of Microsoft Solutions.
- Collaborate with Microsoft teams and partners to deliver integrated, outcome-based solutions.
- Build long-term relationships and drive annuity growth through multiyear agreements.
- Leverage business value and TCO analysis to align solutions with customer priorities.

- Proven experience in enterprise sales or services account management.
- Strong ability to engage at C-level and influence strategic decisions.
- Expertise in cloud, AI, and digital transformation solutions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology (IT),
- OR related field AND 8+ years industry sales experience in the commercial
- OR related work
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years consulting solution sales experience
- OR experience in Sales and experience in consulting delivery

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead Services Sales to realize customer vision through consultative selling, listening, and continuous planning to achieve Enterprise Strategic customer business outcomes.- Collaborate with stakeholders using a One Microsoft Approach. Identify sales opportunities and drive customer value across sales stages for the Microsoft Services portfolio to execute sales across AI Business Solutions, AI Cloud Platforms, and Security.- Engage in cross-solution selling with the Solution Specialists, leveraging the Microsoft Services portfolio to increase revenue growth. Position and sell the Unified Mission Critical Portfolio and Security Services to maintain a secure cloud infrastructure.- Identify and sell Microsoft Services to address customer challenges through co-innovation with partners and teams. Engage cross-industry resources to achieve AI Transformation ambitions.- Build a durable annuity business by securing multiyear agreements and managing renewals with clear plans and high accuracy.
