**Job Description**:
This Junior Support Engineer role requires someone with strong French accounting knowledge, who is able to will deliver high end Support to our customers (companies like Vinci, RTE and Orange) and partners, as well as to our internal team in the accounts’ consolidation and budgets planning. You will work with high-profile clients and projects, collaborating with their functional and technical consultants to deliver the highest quality services possible. You will serve as motivational team member to ensure internal and external needs are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide technical support and daily assistance to our clients in the development of their consolidation as it is a key element for their business
- Take part in the deployment and assistance missions on the IFRS 16 standard
- Take part in the development and organization of the Support Department, by keeping tabs on the incidents’ database
- Identify incidents and resolve customer issues or escalate them to a higher level
- Provide heightened support for new functionalities or features
- Take part in the updates’ planning and new technologies deployment
- Strengthen business relationships with customers by providing high quality service
- Other duties may be assigned as needed

**Qualifications**:
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- A degree in Finance or Accounting
- At least 1 year of experience in a financial department, consolidation department or an accounting/auditing firm.
- A good knowledge of IFRS standards
- A good knowledge of SQL
- Experience on software installations, network operations, and software support
- A solid ability to communicate in English
