**Description**

We are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high growth

environment to join our customer success team. You will assist in building long
- standing partnerships by making sure our customers get as much value as possible

from our products and organization. We believe 100% that if our customers win, we

**Responsibilities**
- Manage a list of clients to improve overall success and satisfaction
- Ensure a regular and steady interaction and communication with each client
- Develop Connections and relationships with customer staff and stay abreast of organizational changes
- Identify new opportunities to grow customer usage
- Maintain high ratings and reference ability
- Ensure clients continue to leverage Semarchy products effectively and want to renew annually.
- Educate clients on available resources, and other Semarchy news
- Collaborate with your colleagues to ensure client staff are adequately trained and supported
- Listen and be the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs within Semarchy
- Promote an energetic fan base for products and locate brand ambassadors to share the product's benefit and value

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years experience with administrative or project work in a B2B or technology company.
- Experience being a self-starter, with an ability to incorporate feedback and communicate effectively
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive business performance
- Experience managing timelines and presenting effectively to internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with MS Office and/or Google Suite
- Highly self-motivated and willing to collaborate cross functionally in a fast-paced, high growth environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skill and experience
- Comfort working in a global organization, managing multiple projects and deadlines across time zones and teams
- Fluency in French and English required.
