**ENTER THE GAME**:
As a **Senior Business Development Analyst**, you will join the **Business Development** team, reporting directly to the Head of Business Development under the Deputy General Manager. The team's mission is to identify, evaluate, and implement commercial development opportunities to support Betclic's ambitious growth and profitability objectives.

A key player in shaping and executing our group's business strategy, you will work closely with commercial, marketing, product, and leadership teams. You will also contribute to feasibility studies for new market entries, strategic partnerships, and M&A initiatives.

**YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC**:
In this role, your main missions will be to:

- Conduct and maintain comprehensive monitoring of key markets of interest:

- Track and analyze market trends and dynamics
- Review regulatory frameworks and revenue evolution per product
- Estimate operator performance and market share
- Lead feasibility studies for launching in new countries:

- Analyze institutional, regulatory, and tax frameworks
- Assess local environments: cultural, economic, telco, payments, and digital
- Size market opportunities and build business cases
- Perform sector analyses and competitive benchmarking (product and marketing)
- Evaluate business development opportunities:

- Support M&A due diligence projects: data gathering, financial modeling, strategic framing
- Conduct thematic research and draft strategic recommendations and presentations

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**:
We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm

This job is for you if:

- You are a graduate of a top business school (e.g. HEC, ESCP, ESSEC), engineering school, or IEP
- You have 3-4 years of successful experience in strategic analysis, ideally in a consulting firm or general management environment
- You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information
- You're capable of developing clear recommendations based on data
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You're comfortable working both independently and in cross-functional teams
- You're proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- You are fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- You are well-organized and structured in your approach

**WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?**:
You'll be invited to work on a case study or take a technical test with a Business Development expert, followed by interviews with your future manager and a member of Excom or ManaCom. Finally, the recruiter will debrief your AssessFirst results with you.

The full recruitment process usually takes 4 to 6 weeks.
