**THE ROLE**:
Au sein de la direction des Opérations IT, vous venez renforcer l'équipe PMO dont la mission consiste à a ssurer la gestion du budget et des ressources alloués à l’ensemble des projets de la Direction Opération:
Vous analysez le suivi du budget de votre direction (suivi du consommé, statut du claiming, suivi des factures, suivi des ressources.. ) en définissant des KPIs, élaborant des reportings avec explications de variances et en remontant les alertes.
Vous gérez les demandes d’achat de la Direction Opération.
Vous préparez les comités Sourcing Board
Vous établissez les prévisions budgétaires de la Direction Opération en collaboration avec l’ensemble des Managers, la Gouvernance et le Contrôle de Gestion selon un calendrier défini par la Gouvernance.
Vous coordonnez la construction du budget de l’année N+1.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Vous participez aux projets d’amélioration et d’évolutions des process Project Management, vous conribuez aux POC sur les nouveaux outils, vous apportez vos connaissances et expérience avec une approche constructive.
Vous veillez au respect des procédures mises en place par la Gouvernance et assistez les Managers sur les outils disponibles à l’IT.
Vous mettez à dispositon dans un repository Sharepoint les documents à partager à l’ensemble des managers de la Direction Opérations (suivi des effectifs, KPI Budget, suivi des congés..)
Vous coordonnez le suivi et le reporting de votre périmètre
**QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE**:
Méthodologie de Gestion de projet orientée budget
Communication, Score-Card de Synthèse et suivi Plan Projet / Planning.
Bon niveau d’Anglais.
o365 / Office / SHAREPOINT
Bon niveau EXCEL
Connaissance ARIBA, ORCHESTRA, QlLIK SENSE, sont un plus
Rigueur, autonomie et pro-activité
Esprit de synthèse,
Esprit collaboratif et bon relationnel
Capacité à argumenter afin de convaicre et susciter l’adhésion
Capacité à reporter et alerter,
Bonne communication
