As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a passionate and hands-on **Ops Intern** to join our dynamic team. **Key responsabilities**:

- ** Optimizing the patient and healthcare professional experience**: Work closely with various teams to create seamless journeys for patients and medical staff, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
- ** Innovating with technology & medical devices**: Collaborate with the medical team to select and integrate the latest tech and devices, enhancing the overall Zoī journey.
- ** Partnership development**: Assist in building relationships with external partners, including medical labs, catering services, and more, to support our centers.
- ** Talent management**: Help with recruitment, onboarding, and career development for the center staff, ensuring our team is motivated, well-equipped, and ready to excel.
- ** Continuous feedback loop**: Develop systems to gather feedback from staff and clients, allowing us to continuously improve our services and products.
- ** Global expansion**: Be a key player in the international rollout of Zoī centers, ensuring operational excellence at every stage.

**We're looking for**:

- ** Student in Top Business or Engineering SchoolsTech-savvy with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.**:

- ** Hands-on mentality** with a passion for learning and problem-solving.
- ** Strong organizational skills** with an ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- ** Excellent communication** and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- A **results-driven attitude** with a focus on achieving impactful outcomes.
- ** Previous experience** in a fast-growing start-up or B2C scale-up is a plus.
- ** Fluency in French and English.**

**Conditions**:

- ** Hybrid model**:Our office is located in the 75010 area of Paris, with the possibility of working up to 4 days a week in person.
