**We are looking for**:

- As an Intern - Communication and Training Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the deployment of an internal Chatbot based on ChatGPT technology within our organization. This innovative and customized tool aims to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and foster collaboration among our worldwide teams. Your primary responsibility will be to develop engaging and informative training resources that effectively educate and empower our employees to utilize the Chatbot efficiently in their daily tasks.

**We count on you for**:

- Collaborate with the Change Manager to understand the objectives and requirements of the Chatbot deployment project.
- Support the Change Manager in deploying all Change & Com activities in due time to the targeted audience
- Support the Change Manager in coordinating requests to external suppliers (e.g.: agencies )
- Develop training materials, including presentations, guides, tutorials, and FAQs, tailored to various departments and job roles.
- Create engaging content, such as articles, posts, videos, infographics, and interactive modules, to facilitate learning and adoption of the Chatbot.
- Define an editorial plan for the first 6 months of deployment + the tone of contentAssist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and webinars to promote awareness and understanding of the Chatbot among employees.
- Collect feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve training resources and optimize the user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of the Chatbot with existing systems and processes.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in communication, training, and technology to enhance the effectiveness of the Chatbot deployment.

**You will bring**:

- Currently enrolled in a Communication or related program at a recognized university or institution.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Creative mindset with a passion for developing engaging and interactive content.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Team player with a collaborative approach and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge or interest in Artificial Intelligence, Chatbots, and technology-driven solutions is a plus.
- Mastering video creation/design/editing tools
- Excellent slide creation skills
- Mandatory = Fluent in English, French is a plus
