**Pipeline Enablement Associate EMEA (All Genders / D)**

We are opening this position of **Pipeline Enablement Associate** for the Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.
This role can be located on one of our Vegetable Seeds Research sites in Europe (France, Spain, Netherlands, Italy, Israel).

The role is responsible for supporting Vegetable Collaborative Breeding Pipeline Teams across the EMEA region by planning of all breeding, seed production and testing activities, tracking of execution of plans, driving solutions when plans go off-track, and driving collection of genotypic data.

This position will be collaborating with an international and multidisciplinary team of vegetable breeders, breeding specialists, breeding operations, data scientists, testing research associates to deliver creative solutions to complex business problems using advanced field operations, equipment, analytics, and cutting-edge automation techniques.

**Key tasks and Responsibilities** are the following:

- Effective collaboration with breeding operations to generate needed crossing blocks and drive timely delivery of seed to trials.
- Together with Breeding Operations and Testing teams, ensure successful planning and the most accurate prioritization in the day-to-day operations at the station, including planning for temporary workforce,
- Translate collaborative breeding strategy into operational and ensure execution of those plans through trial preparation in collaboration with breeders, breeding operations and testing teams
- Track operational progress and drive implementation of mitigating solutions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders where the pipeline is in danger of going off-track
- Assist in filling dashboards and metrics for various KPIs,
- Proactively identify opportunities to assist in improving established procedures, and lead troubleshooting activities through root cause analysis and troubleshooting techniques,
- Ensure that team members follow all applicable local and Bayer Internal policies and programs including but not limited to HSE, QMS, regulatory and compliance protocols, and business conduct protocols.
- Advise and be a consultant to build dashboards and metrics for various KPIs and provide necessary support for transitioning the predictive and prescriptive models into the cloud,

**Your profile**:
B. S in Plant Breeding, Crop Science or related field with 5 years experience ; or Master in Agriculture, Agronomy or equivalent

Demonstrated abilities to develop breeding project plans, analyze and interpret breeding data.

Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-based environment. Manages multiple projects and priorities

Capacity to communicate and work effectively with all management levels in a multi-cultural organization.

Good level of English + Spanish or French required
