Recruitment Manager

We are working on behalf of a boutique agency who are looking for a talented recruiter to join them in an exciting new venture, by being an integral part of opening an office for the business in Lyon.
The Role:
- to-day management of your team, as well as being client facing and focusing heavily on bringing in new business.
Within 1-2 months of you joining you will hire 1-2 junior recruiters to work with you.
You will develop, train and manage these consultants and ensure they have the skills/ support to succeed in a 360 role.
Our client is a big believer in the people they employ, investing heavily into personal career progression and development.
- About You:
Fluent in English and French (English is the main business language)
- Must have right to work in the EU
- 4+ years Recruitment experience
- Has managed junior Consultants previously or looking for the chance to learn this
- Intelligent, confident and extremely proficient at building and maintaining professional relationships
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- As you’ll be working in a small team will need to be versatile, hands on and able to work collaboratively
