Dans le cadre de sa croissance, Ascalium recherche un.e business manager / ingénieur d’affaires avec une expertise dans la vente de prestations intellectuelles IT.

Votre objectif est de participer activement à l’ouverture de nouveaux comptes entreprises et de développer les clients actuels.

En ce sens, vous prenez en charge les missions suivantes:

- Prospection de nouveaux comptes
- Fidélisation et développement des comptes confiés et gagnés
- Suivi régulier de vos clients, de vos prospects et des affaires en cours et à venir (anticipation des besoins, missions en cours )
- Négociation des conditions commerciales ((TJM, marge )
- Réponse aux appels d’offre
- Interaction avec les équipes recrutement / sourcing et ADV

Si vous le souhaitez, vous aurez également la possibilité de recruter les consultants IT et d’effectuer les placements en direct chez vos clients.

Idéalement titulaire d’un Bac+5, vous justifiez d’une expérience de 5 ans minimum en tant qu’ingénieur d’affaires ou business manager dans le placement de consultants IT (domaine de prédilection : cybersécurité, infrastructure, SAP ).

Pour réussir à ce poste, vous devez bien connaître l’univers du staffing et être acteur de votre business (dynamique, proactif, au service du client et du business).

Il est également impératif d’être orienté(e) business et résultats pour performer au sein du groupe.

**Conditions de travail**:

- Rémunération fixe à partir de 60k€ (selon profil)+ variable déplafonné
- CDI - Statut Cadre
- Avantages : télétravail (2 jours / semaine), mutuelle, prévoyance, 50% de votre abonnement transport pris en charge;.
