En votre qualité de Chef de Projet AMOA, vous participez à l’adaptation des systèmes d’information, dans un objectif d’adéquation aux attentes stratégiques et opérationnelles, à travers la conduite des projets qui vous sont confiés et l’assistance que vous apportez aux utilisateurs
- Planification des projets
- Gestion de projet
- Recueil et analyse des besoins métiers
- Gestion de la conduite du changement
- Rédaction cahier des charges et spécifications fonctionnelles
- Coordination de la maîtrise d’œuvre (interne ou externe) et/ou les appels d’offres.
- Recettage et organisation des campagnes de tests
- Création de supports de communication et de formation
- Réalisation de formation des Key-users
- Suivi budgétaire du projet et reporting
- Mesurer et analyser la situation et proposer des solutions d’optimisation de processus
- Maintenir la documentation fonctionnelle à jour
- Assurer le support fonctionnel utilisateur en qualifiant leur nature et superviser les interventions des services techniques.

Être un acteur de la démarche environnementale par le respect des processus, des modes opératoires internes et sensibilisation interne notamment en ce qui concerne le tri sélectif.
