We are looking for a **Marketing Associate to integrate the Body Care team** to support the reactive and proactive sales of fragrances. As a marketing associate, you will support the team on developping and sharing market, consumer and brand expertise in the Shower & Deodorant categories. You will help to provide valuable fragrance marketing service to clients and grow IFF's business by identifying and promoting tailor-made product and fragrance opportunities for a portfolio of multinational strategic clients primarily covering the EAME region.
**Role Responsibilities**
- Category marketing intelligence lead
- Identifying customer opportunities & solutions
- Customer presentations/workshops/events
- Support on customized value propositions
- Identifying and leverage key product, brand and olfactive trends to build marketing rationale and concepts.
- Writing fragrance & ingredient descriptions / concepts
- Analysing and present sales data to support marketing presentations.
**Job Requirements**:
- Perfumery or business school graduate, you have at least 1-2 years of minimum experience in development marketing, ideally in a perfume house
- Autonomous, creative and proactive, you adapt quickly
- Teamwork skills / Ability to work well with cross disciplinary teams
- You have an excellent presentation, a sense of customer service and very good interpersonal skills.
- High energy & agility: high work volume / pressure
- Proactive initiative
- Required Experience: Bac+5
- Fluent English
