- Nous recrutons un Head of Central Information H/F en CDI sur Lyon au sein de la DSI.
**Poste**:
Vous managez une équipe d’une quinzaine de personnes présente en France et à l’international dont 1 N-1 à date. Vous manager le système d’information pour les services centraux : RH, Finance, Achat, Marketing, R&D et Cloud.
Rattaché au CIO, vos missions principales sont les suivantes:
- Entretenir une relation étroite avec les métiers en leur apportant de la valeur ajoutée en leur fournissant une expertise méthodologique, fonctionnelle et technique.
- Assurer le partage des responsabilités de bout en bout entre l'équipe IS/IT et l'entreprise dans le cadre du développement et de la maintenance des solutions.
- Manager votre équipe tout en designant votre poste pour accompagner la croissance du groupe.
Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les autres « Head of » en charge des divisions business et les autres départements de la DSI.
**Profil**:
Vous avez une expérience significative dans la mise en place et la transformation d'une organisation IT à un poste orienté métier (fonctionnel).
Vous êtes reconnu pour votre capacité à travailler dans un environnement challengeant et international.
Vous savez faire preuve d'adaptation et de hauteur de vue dans votre quotidien.
Vous savez vous adapter à vos interlocuteurs et êtes force de proposition pour challenger les demandes des métiers.
Un Anglais courant est nécessaire pour ce poste à dimension internationale.
