Join the worlwide Leader in the Nautism Industry

Functionally attached to the Chief Finance Officer of GB Americas, you join the team as part of an International Volunteering Experience (V.I.E.).
We are looking for a Sales Financial Controller that would be responsible for the US Brands and the US Market (including European brands sold in the US) as an addition to our accounting team in Fort Lauderdale (Florida).

**Missions**

Your responsibilities will be:

- Financial control of the 4 US commercial brands : Wellcraft, Fourwinns, Scarab and Glastron ;
- Be a business partner to the Sales Team and Marketing in order to analyze and enhance financial performance ;
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) ;
- Prepare annual budget process and quarterly forecasting ;
- Prepare KPI’s, financial analysis, presentations and reports for management decisions ;
- Assist with developing policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with internal controls ;
- Assist in preparing the financials and the reports required by the mid-year and year-end audits ;
You will also be the interface between the French Corporate office and the US finance teams (based in Cadillac, MI and in Marion, SC).

**Profile required**

With a Finance or Accounting degree, you are looking for a V.I.E. within a large industrial group. Specialized in management control, you have a previous work experience in a manufacturing environment. You have accounting basics.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel is required for this position. Your strong analytical abilities, your attention to details and your rigor will be assets to your success. Results-oriented, you are appreciated for your good interpersonal skills and your team spirit.

Your practice of English is essential to carry out your missions. French language will be a plus.
