**Job Description**:
**WHAT WE DO IN INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS**

As the Senior internal communications manager for the Culture and Engagement teams, you'll work hand-in-hand with the Culture and Engagement Teams, as well as our Head of Internal Communication to provide internal communication counsel on a wide range of business topics.

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN**
- The primary function of this job is to strategize and manage the internal communication campaigns of initiatives and activities related to culture & Engagement
- The role will promote, protect and advance all aspects of AVIV's company culture
- Drive narrative development and technical content creation for senior leader participation in the Department All Hands, Leadership events and more
- Own broad internal communications and stakeholder management for Changemakers programs and Culture & Engagement Updates
- Work cross-functionally teams to mobilize AVIVers inside the company around all engagement activities

**Qualifications**:
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Successfully completed degree in communication sciences or a comparable course of study
- Several years of professional experience in the field of communication, preferably in internal communication
- Very high proficiency in English, an additional language such as french, dutch, german, spanish is a bonus
- Ability to engage senior executives with communication counsel and support, and effectively communicate the voice of leaders
- Strong eye for business and an understanding of the key drivers for success across global teams within a hyper-growth technology company
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment as a trusted teammate, prioritizing and balancing several projects at once
- Ability to work in and be sensitive to a multi-cultural environment, encompassing different nationalities and working across borders
- Confident in managing upwards and working with senior stakeholders
- Excellent organizational awareness and time management skills with a pro-active Thinker and do-er mentality.
- The position can be based in Paris, Brussels or Hamburg
