**Objectifs**:
Piloter la performance et la gouvernance des services réseau & sécurité à l?international
Servir d?interface entre équipes techniques, métiers et fournisseurs
Superviser le cycle de vie des services (transition, exploitation, amélioration continue)
**Responsabilités principales**:
**Service Delivery & RUN**: suivi des SLAs/KPIs, gestion des incidents majeurs, alignement avec les standards du groupe
**Gestion fournisseurs & parties prenantes**: animation de comités, coordination internationale
**Amélioration continue & reporting**: automatisation, reporting hebdomadaire/mensuel, documentation technique
**Expertise & transfert de connaissances**: support projets et équipes opérationnelles
**Compétences techniques**:
**Réseaux**: SD-WAN (Meraki), campus networks, L2/L3
**Sécurité**: Palo Alto, Zscaler
**Cloud**: Azure, GCP
**Outils**: ServiceNow, Zabbix
**Automatisation**: Python / API
Vous êtes un bon communicant mais vous êtes également autonome
Vous avez une bonne capacité d?analyse et une grande facilité rédactionnelle
**Profil recherché**:
8+ ans d?expérience en réseau et sécurité
Expérience en environnement international et multiculturel
Leadership affirmé
Anglais courant (B2 minimum)
