**Description**

The Global Strategic Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies for power electronics and high-power electrical components. This role ensures alignment across business units, supports new business integration, and fosters collaboration within the Hitachi Group.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Define and execute global sourcing strategies for power electronics and electrical components.
- Standardize procurement processes across business units and regions.
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate innovation into sourcing from early stages.
- Support integration of new businesses into the global supply chain.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure performance, innovation, and long-term collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with global procurement policies and sustainability standards.

- Strong experience in global supply chain management within industrial or high-tech sectors.
- Expertise in power electronics and electrical components.
- Proficiency in digital supply chain tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, S4Hana).
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Experience working in multinational environments.
- Understanding of Japanese business culture.
- Commitment to sustainability in procurement practices.

Responsable Achats Stratégiques Globaux - Électronique de Puissance & Composants Électriques Haute Puissance est chargé de développer et de mettre en œuvre des stratégies d’approvisionnement pour les composants électroniques de puissance et électriques haute puissance. Ce poste assure la cohérence entre les unités commerciales, soutient l’intégration de nouvelles activités et favorise la collaboration au sein du Groupe Hitachi.

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Définir et exécuter des stratégies d’approvisionnement globales.
- Standardiser les processus d’achat entre les unités et les régions.
- Collaborer avec la R&D pour intégrer l’innovation dès les premières phases.
- Accompagner l’intégration de nouvelles activités dans la chaîne d’approvisionnement.
- Promouvoir les synergies internes et appliquer la culture d’entreprise japonaise.
- Gérer les relations fournisseurs pour garantir la performance, l’innovation et la collaboration à long terme.
- Assurer la conformité avec les politiques d’achats globales et les normes de durabilité.

**Vos qualifications et compétences**:

- Solide expérience en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement globale dans l’industrie ou les technologies de pointe.
- Expertise en électronique de puissance et composants électriques.
- Maîtrise des outils digitaux de gestion des achats (ex. : SAP Ariba, S4Hana).
- Compétences en leadership, négociation et analyse.
- Expérience dans des environnements multinationaux.
- Bonne compréhension de la culture d’entreprise japonaise.
- Engagement en faveur de la durabilité dans les pratiques d’achat.
