**OUR WORK MODEL**
Office-Based: This is an office-based role. During your initial training period, you will be required to work in the office five days a week. Once you have successfully ramped up, you will have the option to work in the office four days per week.
**YOUR ROLE**
As a **French-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR)**, you'll be the first point of contact between Cognism and potential customers in the French-speaking market. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by generating pipeline and booking qualified meetings for our sales team. This role is ideal for someone ambitious, competitive, and eager to build a successful career in sales.
**YOUR CHALLENGES & OPPORTUNITIES**
**Drive Pipeline Growth in French-speaking Markets** - Engage with inbound leads in French to quickly qualify and identify sales opportunities, ensuring a strong pipeline of potential clients.
**Understand the Customer** - Develop a deep knowledge of our ideal customer profile to assess prospect fit and tailor outreach effectively to French-speaking prospects.
**Exceed Your Targets** - Consistently meet and exceed monthly meeting quotas, driving Cognism's revenue growth.
**Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment** - Stay agile and proactive, quickly adapting to new tools, strategies, and market changes.
**Collaborate & Share Insights** - Work closely with team members and cross-functional teams to refine messaging and share feedback from the French-speaking market.
