Mis Support Specialist

With this role CERM is looking for motivated applicants who are based in the EU, who are able to work with our customers to provide customer support for the CERM system, provide remote training, troubleshoot problems and assist other colleagues
**This person reports to the Director of Customer Service.**
**Job description**:
**In this role you will**
- Be part of a great team of experienced software consultants
- Deliver high quality customer support and generate customer satisfaction
- Provide post go-live support and ongoing assistance to our customer base
- Work with product management, consultancy, and other teams across all departments to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Maintain a high standard of personal administration
- Participate in team meetings and share best practices
- Provide regular status updates and activity reports according to our company practices
**This role might be a good fit if you**:
- Are self-directed and self-motivated to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Have at least 3 years of experience in the Label and Packaging industry, specifically with the CERM MIS software
- Are experienced with managing change, are a natural problem solver, are someone who is analytical and has critical thinking skills
- Can manage accounts at a high level within the assigned region
- Have good interpersonal and time management skills
- Have a natural interest in working with clients with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Are willing to take ownership of issues and follow through to reach a solution
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English(any additional language proficiency is very welcome)
- Experience and understanding of IT system integrations is a plus
