Nous recherchons pour la division Ecolab Pest, spécialisée dans la lutte anti-parasitaire, un.e HRBP pour soutenir les équipes opérations (300 collaborateurs, principalement des techniciens).
Nous recherchons pour la division Ecolab Pest un HR Business Partner basé a Bagneux pour déployer notre stratégie RH adossée à nos 4 piliers : Soutenir notre croissance rentable et durable, Développer nos talents, Façonner une culture positive basée sur la performance et contribuer à faire d'Ecolab un endroit où il fait bon travailler
**Responsabilités**
- Accompagnement et conseil aux opérationnels dans la gestion des RH au quotidien
- Traitement des procédures disciplinaires et des ruptures de contrats de travail
- Participation à des processus de recrutements/promotions internes
- Déploiement des processus et des projets RH Groupe (talents, développement des carrières, augmentations annuelles )
- Prise en charge des précontentieux et des dossiers prud’homaux en collaboration avec des cabinets d’avocats
**Aptitudes / Connaissances / Compétences / Expérience**
- Bac+5 spécialisé en droit social ou management des RH
- Expérience mínimale de 5 ans sur une fonction similaire
- Solides compétences en droit de travail et maîtrise des problématiques d’organisation du travail
- Esprit entrepreneurial, Autonomie, Positivité
- Proche du terrain et orienté vers l’atteinte des objectifs en équipe
- Maîtrise de l’outil informatique (Outlook, PowerPoint et Excel)
- Anglais courant
