Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.

**ROLE PURPOSE: -**

The major purpose of the role is to serve business directly in Business Applications field
- by providing appropriate solutions upon Business Area requirements which are aligned with GBS IT strategy
- by being an intermediate/mediative partner between business’ end users and
- internal developers
- technical support
- other IT teams in GBS
- 3rd party vendors
- by supporting functional specialists to implement (and supporting) the appropriate solutions
- by programming or configuration of the appropriate solutions

**WORK EXPERIENCE: -**
- 3-5 years of experience in a comparable role within IT or Business
- Functional or technical related work experience with PHP development and databases (SQL).

**INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE: -** Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred

**EDUCATION: -** IT /Business Degree or Equivalent

**LICENSING/CERTIFICATION: -** Prince II Foundation is preferred

**TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: -** Knowledge of WinDev, AS400 environment, MOVEX, and MS-SQL are appreciated

**LANGUAGE: -** Fluency in French mandatory - business English needed (verbal and written)

**PROJECT MANAGEMENT: -** Knowledge of basic project management procedures within IS/IT are appreciated

**CHANGE MANAGEMENT: -** Knowledge of basic change management procedures within IS/IT are appreciated

**CUSTOMER: -** Customer oriented through striving to understand business needs and through providing with appropriate solutions is needed. Serious and autonomous is a must.
